So you know how some people refer to hot boxing (the process of smoking marijuana inside an enclosed space without any windows or openings. Any land mammal could just inhale the smoke like humans to get blazed, but fish do not have lungs, and as far as I'm considered you can't get much of a light underwater. So I was thinking, since fish take in the water to breath, would you have to put them in weed tea in order for them to get high?
